Threadclik provides technical web utilities that enable users to retrieve and download publicly accessible media (videos, photos, carousels, audio, and profile pictures) from Threads.
Threadclik operates as a stateless forwarding tool. We do not store, host, archive, cache, or maintain a media library of files processed through our service. All media is fetched in real time directly from public Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) and streamed straight to your device storage.
2. Eligibility & Strict Age Restriction
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 years of age in the European Union and United Kingdom) to use Threadclik. Children under these ages are strictly prohibited from accessing or using our tools.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements and are fully capable of entering into and complying with these Terms.
3. User Responsibility & Permitted Use
Threadclik is provided exclusively for lawful, personal, offline archival, and fair-use purposes.
You are solely responsible for the content you choose to download, access, store, reproduce, distribute, or publish using Threadclik. Before downloading any third-party media, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the content; or
- You have obtained explicit permission or a license from the copyright owner; or
- Your use falls strictly within valid legal exceptions (such as personal fair use or educational reference).
The fact that media is publicly accessible does not mean it is free from copyright or legal restrictions.
4. Intellectual Property & Platform Rights
Threadclik claims no ownership, copyright, or proprietary interest in third-party media processed through our utilities. All intellectual property rights belong to the original creators and respective rights holders.
"Threads," "Instagram," and "Meta" are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Reference to these names is made solely for descriptive purposes to indicate tool compatibility.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree to use Threadclik only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:
- Download, reproduce, or distribute copyrighted content that you do not own or have authorization to use;
- Use downloaded media for commercial resale, piracy, or unauthorized mass distribution;
- Attempt to access private accounts, restricted media, or content behind paywalls or access controls;
- Circumvent rate limits, technical barriers, authentication tokens, or security measures;
- Send excessive, automated requests (scraping or DDoS) that overload our infrastructure;
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the Service;
- Use the Service for any unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or fraudulent activity.
6. Copyright Takedown Policy & DMCA Compliance
Threadclik respects the intellectual property rights of others. Because Threadclik does not host, store, or cache media files, original content resides entirely on the host platform.
However, if you are a copyright holder and wish to prevent specific public URLs from being processed by our tools, please send a written takedown notice to support@threadclik.com including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- The specific Threads URL(s) you request to be blocked;
- Your contact information and a good-faith statement that the disputed use is unauthorized.
Upon receiving a valid request, we will promptly blacklist the identified URLs from our processing engine.
7. "As Is" Service & Disclaimer of Warranties
Threadclik is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future third-party platform updates. Third-party platforms may alter their technical architecture, URLs, or policies at any time, which may cause features to stop working without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Threadclik and its developers, operators, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
